We were highly satisfied with our visit to dreams, we was greeted by hugo when we walked in the store, helped us very much explaining different types of beds and mattresses to suit our needs, hugo was also very helpful and caring with our 7 week old son ensuring he was okay whilst we looked over the beds, he was very kind to offer us a drink drink and made us very welcome the entire time we was in the store, many thanks to Hugo!:)

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams today, we weren't bombarded as soon as we walked through the door like at other furniture stores, we were welcomed with a warm hello and were left to have a look around. Once we had any questions there was someone available straight away, Chris at the Bradford Forster Square branch was very helpful and had great product knowledge as we were newbies and had no clue what we were looking for. He asked us what we wanted and gave us options and he didn't try to sell the most expensive bed and mattress in the shop, he catered to our needs. I thought his customer service was impeccable and he was really down to earth and we had a great laugh and made us feel at ease, we will definitely be shopping at Dreams again.

All that we need were there at the stores like bed, mattress, pillows and protectors. Prices of the items that we got were affordable. Customer service was excellent and very helpful.

We had our one year old daughter with us in the day who wanted to run and play. Tanya and Chris entertained her whilst we tried the beds and had a cup of tea and gave us time and space to make our decision. Any questions were answered confidently.
