The salesman Mr javeid was really helpful he knew what I really needed for my kids beds very satisfied with his help

Both jav and chris were exceptional in their willingness to help us.They sorted everything straight away for us and ensured that we tried the matress out before buying.They were very helpful and gracious towards my aunt...who was buying the bed...and made sure she tried each pillow and checked which she found most comfortable.Drinks were offered to us.Both staff were friendly and chatty and made us all feel relaxed.Their banter made it a very enjoyable shopping experience.They are a credit to Dreams and i will definitely shop there again.😀

Very helpful we told him what we wanted and he advised and helped us locate the product which suited us best.

We were greeted by Chris who helped us find the right bed for us without any pressure. He gave advice and really made us feel comfortable. We got a delivery slot perfect to the time and date we wanted. Chris was very polite and had a lot of knowledge about the beds. Had a great overall experience.

We wanted a Kingsize Headboard, the assistant Javaid said come and take a seat and i will show you all we have on line, we had a look, we saw what we wanted, he ordered it we paid, he arranged a delivery date, job done.

personally greeted not just a nod or shout from far away javaid came over and greeted us,asked if we required help pointed us in the right areas explained the coloured banners on the beds and the difference between sprung, coils memory foam etc,left us to try some out, came back and offered coffee, he was not pushy however he was at hand if we required assistance and answered the questions we had, would definitely recommend Bradford Foster retail branch, nice friendly staff no hard sell (which would send me elsewhere) clean airy store easily accessible
