Me and my partner went to the Bradford store. The store manager was in. He was very helpful and friendly he assisted us in all our needs. We got offered plenty of delivery dates that would suit us and he gave all the advice we could have asked for

We were welcomed and encouraged to browse on our arrival with an offer of help or advice as we needed it. We felt relaxed and were given time to explore without any pushiness from the sales people. Once we were ready to ask questions, the assistant was obliging, friendly and demonstrated the bed's capabilities. He also showed us similar beds to our choice and different colour, with the opportunity to view the large screen photographfeaturing our choice of bed in a bedroom setting. He allowed us to open and close the ottoman beds giving appropriate safety advice as we did so and he also encouraged us to explore the base of the bed in response to our questions. He was friendly and informative without being the least bit pushy and he completed the transaction step by step with us ensuring that we understood the 'small print' in the documentation and answering our queries fully. I genuinely felt that he cared about our purchase and that it suited our needs. He made our purchase feel like a positive experience and assured us about aftercare should we have any worries or concerns. He was also able to arrange a delivery date that suited our needs.
