The staff member, Iqra, was very helpful and always on hand without being intrusive or pushy. The only problem was the tv displayed with our bed is a Samsung whilst the one supplied with it is LG which threw us and caused a little last minute research.

No pressure from staff. Given a quick overview of products available and then allowed to browse at leisure. Polite enquiries made as we passed desk but no pressure.

We were given time to browse, ask questions and our order was taken in a friendly and helpful way. We were offered coffee/tea and various payment methods which helped us to decide on our requirements.

The sales lady answered all all questions and was very helpful and friendly

The store was quite quiet, so we got plenty of assistance in choosing the right Tempur mattress for us. The Dreams assistant had plenty of knowledge and was able to explain the different types of mattresses available . The different finance options were also explained to us, which made purchasing really easy.

We were given a good personal service with good advice and recommendations we were even given a cup of much needed tea first class service.

We were served by Chris who was knowledgable, helpful and very friendly. Our overall experience was very enjoyable and we came away having purchased the exact item we needed. Other staff members at the Bradford store were also very nice.

Ladies in the shop very approachable. Had a giggle.

Tanya was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and efficient. The layout and labelling within the store made the product very easy to identify.
