Friendly staff ,quality product

Didn't get pestered by "pushy" salesperson, was left to browse. Help was there when we needed it. The young Gentleman who dealt with our order was veey friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Our sales assistant Chris showed us the auto mattress fitting system which was kind of fun. Once we had made our selection based on the results, we were given cups of tea while we went through the sales process.

Having done some previous online investigations, we knew exactly which mattress we wanted (Harrison Spinks) we chose Dreams as this was one of our local stockists. Upon entry of the store, we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff called Chris; who showed us the two mattresses on display. I expressed my surprise that there were only two available to choose from, but he quickly explained there were many more to view online if I so wished. We were also fortunate enough to have a representative of Harrison Spinks in store and between them, they provided us with all the information we needed. Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent Customer Service all round.

We had already decided on the mattress we wanted Harrison Spinks which retailed at Dreams .The member of staff who served us was very friendly and knowledgable of the product .We were lucky enough to have a specialist from Harrison Spinks in the store that day who was able to answer all our questions.Very patient and also left us alone to make our decision.Pleased to say we managed to buy the mattress and base we wanted at a deal that we are happy with.
