The sales assistant Chris was really friendly and helpful. I've never had to buy a mattress before and he talked me through the whole process and was very understanding. Made a stressful situation very nice!

Friendly helpful staff, no pushy selling.

The experience was quick and painless - no-one wants to spend a long time shopping for a bed base for a spare room! I was happy with the quality, price and colour of the bed base we chose in the end. The shop assistant Chris was helpful and funny and not too pushy / 'salesy' - he understood what we were after and helped us quickly find a product to meet our needs, at a delivery time to suit. Wish all shop assistants were like that. He was also patient with the kids. Oh and my husband (he's a bit like a third child. My husband, not the shop assistant that is).

The quality of the mattress was excellent and was a fantastic price. The rating of Highly Satisfied is mainly due to the member of staff that dealt with us. She was friendly and informative and just a pleasure to deal with.

I went in the store looking for a specific type of bed and mattress. A beautiful assistant named Tanya, was keen to help as soon as I entered the store with my parents. We finalised a great deal on the bed that we were looking for at a reasonable price.
