We where served by Tanya & jav, they where but very knowledgeable & helpful. We where offered a trial on the dreams test bed so we could see which beds where most suited to us, which was good as we had chosen the right one for us. They gave us all the time we needed & didn't feel rushed or pressured.

Hello dreams, first of all I’d like to appreciate the prouducts you have in store and online very good quality and hopefully I won’t be disappointed in my bed and mattress when arrives, staff was very helpful and friendly, offered us drinks, spent a lot of time helping us find the right bed and mattress great personal advise from the assistant and overall a great experience. The man who helped me was very professional and is a big credit to dreams Javed #Jav thank you for all ur help Jav, and good luck in ur professional career.

Christopher the assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, he was excellent at answering all the questions we asked and was not in any way pushy (i hate pushy salespeople) we left the store feeling happy with our purchase and knowing we could contact him with any further questions.

Jav and Tanya were very pleasant and attentive, offering coffee but not making us feel crowded whilst we were browsing at first. We got to try your new bed machine and were most impressed, it brought out a list of 6 beds for us to try which Jav talked us through and we found one which was very comfortable, just what we were looking for in style and had a special offer on that day to boot!

I walked in and stated my needs to the dreams employee. He took his time and understood and presented me with the best options according to my budget. He gave me enough time to try and think about what I want to buy. I had many questions to ask and he answered them all without getting annoyed. I love the bed and matteress I’ve ordered and can not wait for the delivery. The dreams employee also helped a lot with the finance and finalising everything
