The assistant was very friendly and helpful and did not pressurise me into a decision. She explained all the options available.

Iqra was extremely friendly and made the extra afford to make sure we ended up with something that was right for us. She paid close attention to what we needed and tried her best to make sure we left happy (which we did). She has excellent customer service skills!

Information provided on the mattress I was interested in, comparisons made between the two products I was closing between, very satisfied with the delivery process.

I have shopped with Dreams before and was highly satisfied with my bed. I came back to the store to purchase additional items and both Chris and Tanya were so helpful and friendly as usual. They are not pushy, very down to earth which I feel is a great attribute in making you feel comfortable and not pressured into buying things. I have recommended Dreams to a few friends who are looking for bed. Overall a very good experience.

Chris was very helpful and was able to answer my questions immediately delivery date was perfect as I said I had new carpet being fitted and I would want it fitted before delivery I also had a lovely cup of coffee which was much appreciated. First class service !!!! Well done Dreams

I went into the store with a rough idea of what I want. Within half an hour the shop assistant had shown me what I was looking for and I made a payment. She was very efficient and helpful.

It was such a good shopping experience. No pushy sales just great customer service and great advice.
