Good service very friendly staff

The colleague was very attentive. Greeted us as we walked in asked what we were looking for. We did the matress test and then she showed us to 3 different mattresses becfore we found the one.

The assistant was very polite and very helpful, and a very nice person.

Big Choice and well explained by the sales staff

When we first entered Dreams we were approached by Zen who asked if we needed any assistance. We replied with what we were looking for, he then pointed out the special bed that measures how you lie and sleep normally. On getting the results he showed and let us try three different beds and after further discussion we placed an order. Whilst he did the order his colleague Aminah gave us options on mattress protection and duvet covers as well as memory foam pillows all of which we purchased. A very friendly and professional team who listened to what we wanted.

Our collegue was courteous. She was very knowledgable and patient with us. Hopefully we will be pleased with our mattress choice.

The lady, Amina, who dealt with my purchase was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She offered to check the kind of mattress which would suit me and then showed me all the suitable ones they had available. She was able to pinpoint the exact kind of bed frame I was looking for from my description.
