The sales person Chris was very helpful, had a good knowledge of your products and was very friendly and cheerful. Reacted well with other staff.

The assistance given by titania was knowledgable and readily given, never was l pressured to either buy or try, a very diff0erent experience to other s0howrooms0 plus l got to use the sleep satisfaction machine And the mattress l needed was in the sale, bonus!

Iqra was very helpful she approached us as soon as we entered and asked if she could be of assistance. We found the mattress we wanted with the help of iqra she was very calm helpful and had good product knowledge. Thank you iqra.

The customer service was the best I received after visiting several establishment, there was lovely smile waiting as I walked in. At time sales staff can be uncomfortably hovering and hounding but at this store the staff were we are here if you need us and will help with in any questions you have. The manager especially went upstairs and brought down the mattress for me to look at and test out. The delivery staff were even more helpful, they covered their shoes without me asking and said let us know where you want this, they took the mattress upstairs with out any hesitation and swiftly asked to sign.

We were looking for a mattress for my dad. We received a warm welcome and Tanya took dad through the smart experience to ascertain the type of mattress he needed. Tanya was very knowledgable extremely pleasant and lovely to deal with. Dad is a pensioner on a budget so couldn’t afford high end products but Tanya was able to show him a good product in the sale to suit his needs and budget. We felt very looked after by Tanya and are very happy customers.😀

What a great experience, staff were efficient, put us at ease and had a sense of humour. My husband is disabled and they were most accommodating and patient. No rush and no pressure. Already telling others to visit.

Friendly staff

Chris, Javaid, and Tania (I think that was her name) were all friendly and approachable and made a good impression as soon as we arrived. Chris looked after us and arranged our order. He was friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Very helpful and informative assistant. A good balance between letting us consider options ourselves and providing useful advice. Refreshments offered too and opportunity to find the best mattress option.

Too pricey but the customer service was great id go back
