The Dream's, Bradford, Forster Square, Customer Assistant, Javaid was extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. He explained the choices I had clearly and there was no hidden extras. I would highly recommend the Forster Square store and Javaid.

The staff were very helpful. They showed us diffrent types of beds and explained everything. They were very professional.

I made appointment. Was greeted by a lovely young man.( Chris) I explained what bed and mattres I needed and he helped me fully. Explaining the mattres fillings ECT. I was disappointed in to having to wait 10 days for delivery. That's just too long. Yes I would definitely go there again. Thank you.

We were greeted on arrival and asked if we would like any assistance, we explained that we had recently bought a mattress from a different bed company and we were very disappointed with the quality of it considering how much we had paid for it, we said we were not given an option to return the mattress shortly after we had purchased it, the after sale care was none existence. Within 10 mins of entering your store we were reassured that if were not happy with our purchase then we had 30 days to exchange it, we were shown a couple of options for what type of mattress we required and given plenty of time to decide if we wanted to purchase one, we were even offered a drink of tea or coffee while we tried out the mattresses and told to take as long as we needed to browse, the sales assistant was wonderful and very friendly and was more than happy to assist with any questions we had, we purchased a mattress and are surprised at how quickly we can have our mattress delivered and free delivery, we are excited to have our new mattress delivered and can’t wait to try it out as the reviews we read about this particular one were excellent.

Nikki our assistant was really helpful and friendly and made our experience with a 2 year old very easy. We also loved the machine that checked what mattress was right for you.

The assistant named Iqra was extremely knowledgable about the products and she also placed me on the bed that predicted what mattress would be suitable for me. I was treated with lots of care and attention which helped my decision and I placed an order for a bed frame and mattress there and then. I would highly recommend dreams at Bradford to everyone the service was first class.

Chris and Iqra were very friendly and helpful as I was really unsure of how to go about choosing a new bed. Chris explained about how to go about finding out which mattress would be the best for me and made the whole experience very enjoyable. He is a very good salesman

Me & my partner visited the dreams today just to have a quick look to see what was on offer. Instantly as we walked through the door we was greeted with a friendly smile from the sales women Iqra who attended to us throughout the time we spent there. As I’ve said we only went for a “look” next thing we knew we was testing out what mattress would be suitable for my partners back which has multiple problems with. So we went onto this machine.. and sooner did we know It decided a level 3 would be the perfect type for us.. After that Iqra then showed and offered us different ranges of choices between quality and cost.. with a few tries on them all.. it didn’t take long for us to make our mind up. her other colleague who’s name I didn’t get.. He made us both a lovely coffee once we had made our decision on what we was going to purchase! On top of that they even threw in a mattress protecter and pillows !! I cant thank them both enough for the time and effort spent into catering to us. Lovely staff and sold it all the way ! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Friendly, offered complementary drinks on arrival and whole way through buying process. Offered to use the sleep mattress to find our suited bed type

Excellent customer service from Christopher he made us feel very welcome and spent quality time with explaining the various options available to us. A great customer experience all round!
