Quick, efficient and u deteriorating what I wanted

The two staff members we met were very friendly. No hard selling techniques were used and we did not feel under any pressure to buy (which made me far more interetsed to buy). The staff memeber (Iqra) remembered my son and I visiting the store over a month previously when we did not buy (at that time) as we thought the mattress was too expensive. Later we saw on-line that you were having a sale so we returned, and bought the mattress along with bed frame, etc. Iqra made us feel very welcome and the purchase an enjoyable experience.

Entered the store wellcomed by CHRIS who was very friendly and knowledgable about product. he gave us excellent advice and would cerainly recomend him to anyone

The sales team were very engaging and very knowledgeable,the sales man who dealt with me was very easy to get alone with and it was a very relaxed environment (unlike DFS who stand over you and make you feel uncomfortable) while we were waiting for finance approval he made me and my partner a hot drink and we chatted. I regret not getting (or remembering his name) as he's was a credit to the store

Myself and my partner were welcomed to the store with a huge smile, and a radiant personality, Chris. He listened to what we wanted and guided us throughout the whole process, answered any queries we had, very knowledgable of the product/s. Fantastic people skills, really knows how to build rapport with customers both at a friendly and professional manner. Introduced us to the sleep machine, where we were able to see what mattress suited us best, talked us through the process and returned upon completion to guide us and advise us what he would recommend from the results. He left us at appropriate times to try the mattresses, and to discuss our options and returned armed with all the information we asked for. Chris introduced us to his manager Jazz, and Katie, who were also brilliant, but Chris stole the show! He was amazing from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left! An absolute credit to your company! We went home happy, will be receiving are mattress in the next two days and already fallen in love with the pillows that Chris recommended! I’d come back simply because of the phenomenal customer service skills. Thank you Chris!

We went just to assess the price of a mattress with a view to buying one in the sales and were so impressed with our visit to the store we ended up buying one.

we visited the Bradford store and the person we saw was very good and answered our questions politely with ease made me and my wife feel eased and no preasure to get a sale the guy was top notch

The assistant was not pushy but was friendly and had a sense of honour. She was helpful and patient.
