We are highly satisfied with our experience because the gentleman that we spoke to (Chris) was very friendly and chatty and knowledgeable about the products and he showed us various options of mattresses

The Sales agent Iqra was very helpful and polite. Iqra Went the extra mile to help us so much and was very knowledgable with the products. You got a great staff member in Iqra , thanks

Really friendly and helpful staff, despite visiting on the weekend after Christmas there was no massive wait to speak to someone and no delay in sorting out our order. Just a really positive experience.

I only went in to have a look around but then I was assisted by Chris. He explained everything I wanted to know, he was very good and made me feel welcomed and looked after me, which made me go ahead with my purchase.

Iqra, the assistant, was highly professional and very friendly. She was obviously knowledgeable and helpful, patient,as we tried quite a few beds, very efficient, she was able to do the entire transaction and offered solutions for us. She is an obvious assert to your organisation. We can't comment on the bed yet as we are still waiting for delivery.

We visited on boxing day unplanned and spoke to one of the colleagues in store but didn't purchase anything. We had a look at a couple of other retailers but came back to the same dreams store. Alot of this was due to the service we received in store. We had our 2 young children with us too and they gave them pens and paper to entertain they while we ordered

Store manager and sales assistant were excellent in politeness and knowledge.. not pushy.. took their time to answer all our questions and fulfill our needs ..

Chris the person that helped us choose our mattress was fab ..he made us a cup of tea and his personality was brill.
