We went into the store initially to look for a mattress but ended up buying a bed mattress and pillows. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable especially Cat who was dealing with us, she was very approachable and gave us many options based on our requirements without us ever feeling pressure to make a decision or purchase. I have already recommended dreams and Cat to friends I was so impressed during and after our visit.

The lady who served us was such a lovely lady she could not do enough for us upon arrival into the shop we asked if we could go on the dreams mattress machine to help us decide which firmness of the mattress we would need she then offered us coffee or tea absolutely wonderful member of staff she deserves recognition for her outstanding Customer service

Javaid was very good and there was no pressure. The sleep test was very beneficial in finding the correct mattress
