Very friendly staff that weren't pushy - gave us time to think when we needed it. Used the machine. Let us have more than one try of the mattress and pillows we were after. Offered free removal of old mattress and free Saturday delivery. Really good experience

Chris was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the products, the shop was clean, well set out, and easy to navigate around.

from the moment we entered the store the staff assisted with our enquiries and showed us the item, how it works, various size options etc. I made my mind up within seconds after speaking with the gentleman of the store. I was assured that with the insurance taken out I would get 8 years of cover for all remote items except the TV, that was comforting and thus I invested in the additional insurance. The gentleman and young lady were very helpful, I had a hard days work and all I wanted was to spend no more than an hour in the shop, so it was perfect and we went home satisfied with our purchase. The delayed deliver is disappointing but we have been looking for a new bed for awhile, so another 8 weeks or so is minimal compared to years of uncomfortableness.

I felt I was listened to and that the assistant was well trained and genuinely wanted me to get the best product possible for me. I was made a cup of tea and my coat and bag were looked after while I browsed the store. I did not feel pressured. While I placed my order I was offered more tea (which was a very nice touch). Thank you.
