Dreams - Bradford

Personally I need more than 1200 characters to describe the experience I had at the Bradford Dreams store but I'll keep it short. Chris and the other lovely assistant working at the time were very informative and funny and really helped a first-time buyer in myself helping decide the mattress best for me. They were super patient with me taking my time and did not rush me at any point or make me feel that I had to make a purchase but instead tried to advise and give tips. Their communication was consistent and was always rightly timed, their product knowledge was also second to none which meant I wasn't sat waiting for answer or times ect they had the answer there and then. Overall id recommend Dreams to my family and Friends just because of my instore experience with Chris.

All the staff were very friendly and helpfull And had good knowledge of the products.the store was spotless.

The representative who assisted us in store was a brilliant help with plenty of knowledge of matteress advice for choice and functionality. Also help place the order to get the fastest delivery date for the required products. Had no problems and couldn't be more polite and assistive

Chris was just brilliant , friendly , helpful , not too pushy , got on with him well trusted him. He was the reason we came back to dreams, lovely lad. Well done , Jav the manager was great too thank you totally a great experience

The lady that served us was very friendly and knowlegdable she was great with my dad who was deaf and spoke to him directly

Christopher from the Dreams store at Bradford Forster Square was extremely efficient and helped us choose the correct type of mattress and base etc, he was very helpful.
