Friendly approach from staff, not too pushy

The lady who guided us in our purchase, Aminah, was very knowledgeable about the products, but also very sensitive to our needs and budget. She was particularly sensitive to my needs as a disabled person. We made this purchase and when money allows will come back to make another, based on her advice.

The sales person Aminah was extremely knowledgeable about each and every product and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams today from being greeted as we walked through the door to an advisor listening to our needs & our experience with the sleepmatch innovation.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spent a long time answering all our questions in regards to what we wanted.

Chris and his colleague were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. They were very knowledgeable and found the right products for us. They even stayed nearly an hour after closing to complete our order.

The warm welcome from Aminah on entering the shop from was very refreshing, no hard sell just a good understanding of all was asked, if she wasn't sure she found out. I did go back and ordered an adjustable bed from Aminah. you would never think Aminah has only been there a short time, an asset to your Bradford store.
