The staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. He also made the experience as painless as possible as I hate shopping

The service was amazing. We have a daughter with autism and it was a difficult visit due to her needs. The staff were so patient, so understanding of her needs and how best to support her and us as a family. The staff member was called Rob and he went above and beyond to support us

When I walked it I was greeted by a lovely women called Aminah from (Bradford) store. She helped me on the bed machine so it could help choose the right mattress she let try all different types of mattresses. When asking Aminah questions she was very knowledgeable and if she was unsure she found out for me. Offered me complimentary drinks while processing my order. Showed me samples of what my bed would come in. She double checked everything before submitting my order which I liked and didn't feel rushed in anyway to make the order or even after she spoke to me and passed my numbers of the main store just incase I had problems all in all I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend and will be back in future when need new bedroom furniture etc.

Rob was very friendly, efficient and had excellent product knowledge, he got me a great deal and the bed was specific to my needs

My Sales Associates Aqsa was so lovely and welcoming and she was very knowledgable. She greeted us with a smile, helped us to find our perfect new mattress but never once pressured us. She gave us the space to test mattresses so my partner and I could discuss between ourselves before making a purchase.

He was polite and courteous asked information about my needs explain the different mattresses
