Your colleague was very knowledgeable. I think his name was Zen. He was extremely polite and with no pushy sales pitch. Understood our needs and directed us to the right mattresses.

Robert the assistant who dealt with us was very good at explaining how to choose the correct mattress we needed and talked us through the process and showed us which were the correct ones

Rob was great to deal with and we were well looked after throughout our visit to store.

As soon as we entered the shop Aminah approached to us to find out what we were interested in. After a quick but thorough chat, she invited us to lay on the bed that assessed our needs and talked us through the process. After that had finished, she then showed us to the 1st mattress to test out. She showed us 3 in total, one of which was on a clearance offer. This was the one we both liked and after being the most helpful sales person I shouted "Sold!". I am in sales myself so really appreciate and recognise people who go above and beyond in their duties to give customers the best experience. After a few minutes, I was ready to pay and Aminah did everything to a high standard in explaining what will happen once we have completed the sale. I got a call from her a day after to say they could deliver even earlier than the originally given date. You don't buy these things often and I'm glad we got Aminah. A true credit to your store.

Zen the assistant who served us was very helpful. Explained the types of mattress constructions and the firmness of each type. Your scanning bed chose various different types and we tried the 3 that we thought were most relevant. I have back problems - probably caused somewhat by our existing mattress which Zen was very understanding about and so helped us make our choice. I didn't have my credit card with me at the time of our visit but I returned a few days later and completed the order with Zen. I was also offered a very welcome cup of coffee at the same time. Overall customer experience was excellent.

My husband is disabled and we felt at ease as soon as we walked through the door,we were just browsing at first but ended up buying a new mattress Rob was so lovely and helpful.

Very Friendly staff and we very much enjoyed the Sleep MAtch MAker. We tried numerous beds and found our dream bed in the end.
