I had previously visited and used the sleep master to determine my requirements (on that occasion being assisted by a young man called Simon). Sally listened to my requirements and was helpful and friendly. She helped identify a good option for me, and she was quick and efficient in answering my questions, and filling out the order, and arranging the delivery.

Not pressured by assistant only came over when requested he was very helpful and polite I would recommend Dreams to others.

Booked online ,friendly member of staff awaiting our arrival.Was shown a computerised bed which me and my partner had our sleeping positions diagnosed,and which mattress would suit us .Spent more time testing the type needed to our requirements,choose one then a bed to suit .Very happy even bought bedside cabinets.Awaiting delivery now old bed feels like a bag of potatoes can’t wait till delivered!
