The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to . He is an Assett to your organisation.

The store was very clean and tidy and had excellent sanitation due to COVID-19. There were two members of staff on the shop floor on our visit, (Jav & Jaz) who were very friendly and helpful. At the time of our visit it started to become quite busy with people waiting outside to come into the store (again following social distancing/Covid rules) there were also (including ourselves) 3 sets of shoppers in store. Jav & Jaz were incredible that they greeted and helped each one of us whilst we could see they were very busy and following all social distancing, I never felt rushed and they provided us with useful information about all the mattress, bed frames, pillows, etc. And to place the order was easy and quick with a great deal of information regarding the bed cover, delivery options etc. I rate the store and their staff members very highly, I have previously shopped at Dreams before around 3 years ago, and I am pleased I came back to make another purchase

Great service from staff, found us what we need straight away with ease. Excellent price, very friendly and welcoming. Shopping experience was very safe and we felt reassured with the measures in place for covid -19.

Graham the salesman was absolutely fantastic listening to our needs, and what we needed and also gave us plenty of options for our budget, talking us through different styles of beds and the firmness of the mattresses, offered us plenty of knowledge surrounding different beds, highly highly recommend going to dreams and having graham help you find the perfect bed

Brilliant friendly service. Not pushy, engaged well with my wife and daughter. Great smile!!!
