From the moment my wife and I walked into the store we were immediately made to feel at ease by Aminah. She suggested we use the sleep machine to determine which mattress was best suited to our needs. Aminah sanitised the sleep machine in front of us which made us feel safe. I suffer from severe sleep apnoea and back pains and Aminah took all this on board when she suggested i try the sleep motion base. I could feel the pressure easing on my neck as soon as she adjusted the bed into a slightly elevated position. We feel that we were listened to and understood by the store colleagues really well.
