Sally, the girl who served us, was incredibly knowledgeable despite only being in her first 2 weeks at Dreams. She knew everything about the products on offer and asked the right questions to understand exactly what we needed. She didn’t pressurise us into over spending or buying anything that we didn’t say we wanted. Great service

Javid was superb. We'd had issues ordering online because we were in the process of moving house and couldn't have a different Billing & Delivery address. After being advised to call in-store, we not only got what we were trying to order online, but also walked out with an extra bed & mattress for our new spare room. Javid suggested several options to suit different styles and budgets and helped us find a great match for the property and our style.

Javid was superb. We'd had issues ordering online because we were in the process of moving house and couldn't have a different Billing & Delivery address. Customer service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful and sorted out everything in a very professional manner I would definitely recommend dreams to family and friends keep up the good work
