Greeted at the door but was told if you want help please give us a shout. We did need help so called the gentleman over, to ask about different mattresses and beds. Went on the bed to see which mattress was relevant to us, then tried different mattresses to see which one suited us. We bought a bed and mattress and wasn't rushed at all. I think we were in the shop over an hour. We were offered water to drink. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you Graham

Sally, the girl who served us, was incredibly knowledgeable despite only being in her first 2 weeks at Dreams. She knew everything about the products on offer and asked the right questions to understand exactly what we needed. She didn’t pressurise us into over spending or buying anything that we didn’t say we wanted. Great service
