The mattress tester was really helpful in helping me understand what type/firmness of mattress to look for. I can not speak highly enough about Aminah. She took us to the mattress testing machine and explained the results to us. She then spent time taking us to the possible options, working towards our budget. She was really friendly, patient and had good product knowledge. I could have ordered the product online and saved some money (through a work scheme) however I was so impressed with her customer service and the time she spent with us, that I chose to order in store. Aminah was fantastic. So the combination of the mattress tester, together with the customer service I would highly recommend Dreams to my friends

Javaid couldn't have done enough for us! Was extremely helpful and whilst being honest he remained professional yet approachable at all times. He kept asking if we had any questions and confirming at each step we were happy with each choice we were making. He explained all of the payment options in detail. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with Dreams and Javaid is one of the best sales persons we have come across ever.
