First time ever buying a bed and the service was absolutely amazing. We had service from Graham who then was training Sally! They were both so helpful and made what seems overwhelming, so easy! Graham helped sort us an absolute bargain on a mattress and even tried to discount more by ringing someone for other offers just to check! Couldn't of asked for a smoother experience from both!

We were taken round the beds having explained what we were after. Graham had a very good knowledge of the products. The bed testing service was entertaining and we are confident we have bed base and mattress that matches our needs. The store was immaculate- strict numbers allowed in due to current times. Great that our old bed/mattress can be taken away and that bags given to wrap them in. Thank you
