Good friendly sales assistant Amina and her colleagues good advice and help in deciding the best product for us. Good care was given when my 6 year old granddaughter fell and got hurt in the shop floor. Provided her with water and plaster. Friendly and kind staff.

I was taken care of as soon as I entered the store. Sally the sales person in your Bradford store. Instantly made sure I had a bottle of water and the equipment needed to be tested on the dream bed and the rest of the beds I tested. She explained the findings and steered me to purchasing the correct bed and mattress. She had alot of patience as I couldn't decide. It's a massive outlay especially the mattress I purchased. I was given bags to take away the old bed and mattress. I had walked a far way to the shop I was provided with carry bags to make it easier to get back to my car. I have already recommended my experience with others. You will be getting these customers in the new year.

I entered the store and I could clearly see the social distancing measures being taken place within the store. It was very clean. I was welcomed by Aminah as I cannot speak English and as I needed someone to assist with helping me choose whatever I needed. She was a really big help. I couldn’t choose what to buy and she showed me which mattresses were of good and better quality. She helped me all the way. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend and buy from it again.
