We were greeted as soon as we arrived. The colleague was polite and helpful, and helped us use the tools to test the best mattress firmness for ourselves. She listened to our needs and worked within our budget to provide a suitable mattress.

I was approached by Graham who was the best customer service advisor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I used the computerised bed and shown relevant mattresses. I then went away to think about the costs of the bed etc. I returned the next day and spoke to Graham again to order the bed we had previously spoken about. I was offered tea or coffee and whilst placing the order we kept up a running conversation. Graham was helpful, funny and very professional but not over the top. As a company you are very lucky to have such an outstanding employee in your company.

We were allowed to browse at leisure and when we settled on our preference, we were attended to very well and efficiently by the staff at the Bradford store. 😁😁

The sales person Ameena at the Bradford Forster square store was very attentive and helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and the helped find a suitable bed to offer the required support. She also has a very friendly and welcoming demeanour.
