I went in not knowing what I needed the lady who helped me put me on the dreams bed that measures you for the perfect match she then took me to 4 different options which would be best for me and gave me lots of details about what makes the mattress good. I chose the Hyde and sleep orange mattress I ordered Friday and it’s being delivered Thursday which is amazing as last time I ordered a mattress from dreams it came 3 week later. The lady was very helpful and she even persuaded me to buy the 8 year guarantee. I’ve already reccomended to my friends and family members amazing service :)

The young man acknowledged me as I came in even though he was with another customer. He told me how long he was likely to be. He took time to find out what I needed. He was polite and I didn’t feel rushed even though he was due to leave. He was a credit to the company.

As soon as I entered the store there was someone to assist me. She was very friendly and professional. She took me through everything and then showed me suitable mattresses at different price ranges so that I was able to compare.

I was in and out within an hour and left with the bed I wanted. The mattress technology machine is amazing and we chose a very comfy mattress. The staff were friendly and we didn’t feel pressured at all.
