Excellent advice given by javaid… offered water which we were not expecting . Took time to understand what we were looking for . Used the machine to help find what type of mattress we preferred and then gave us a choice of different ones . Sorted out delivery etc in next to no time ..

Great customer service on both occasions, even with two different assistants and some useful input from a third colleague too. Covid precautions excellent and refreshments offered. Not the ‘hard sell’ approach more the informative, helpful guidance. Would happily recommend to others. Thank you 😊

We rang ahead to check product amd.information. We left an answerphone message and Fiona rang us back. Fiona knew exactly what we wanted from the telephone conversation and was very efficient and organised. Very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Ordering service very efficient bu Fiona did all the work.

We were dealt with by Sally in Bradford Forster Square and she took the time to understand our needs, provided us with a variety of options all while keeping to Social Distancing guidelines so we also felt safe. All in all an enjoyable experience which Sally added to with her customer service knowledge and skills.
