Javaaid (Store Manager at Forster Square) was brilliant and we couldn’t praise him highly enough.

We were assisted as soon as we entered and then when we couldnt make a decision we were given lots of extra support to become better informed.

Sally was very friendly and helpful to us both advice was easy to us, the store clean, tidy, gave us time to consider if to buy or not , will return to store if we need other items

Very friendly kept asking if we wanted a drink really helpful not pushy and I liked it how they left you on your own and not pestering about things some stores just try to talk you into things but this was not the case will definitely recommend.

The staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered water and they entertained our toddlers too.

Graham spent a lot of time explaining all the options available and his product knowledge was extremely impressive. We could not have done without his kind assistance. At appropriate moments he stepped away to allow my wife and I to discuss things, returning when asked to continue to help us. The whole process was smooth and problem free. We had no idea how many variables are involved with choosing a bed and mattress today which is why we were fortunate to have his input. We left the showroom highly satisfied and excited at the prospect of having our new bed (our first for 19 years!) delivered much faster than we imagined was possible.

The advisor had great knowledge and communication skills, was really attentive to my needs and gave me time to process everything before making a decision. As well as this he offered me a great service such as giving me water. Could not be more pleased with the way Javid treated me.
