The staff were very helpful and seemed to understand my needs. After assessing my needs the salesperson recommended 3 matresses which they thought would best suit me all were very comfortable and were reasonably priced.

We were well looked after. Very patient. No pressure which we liked. Very considerate. Gave us quite a few choices.

We had come in to purchase our first mattress together and had no idea what we were doing. Jav, the store manager, came over to ask if we needed help (it might have been obvious looking at us!). He then put us on the sleep analysis machine which determined what kind of mattress we needed. We were then shown 5 or 6 mattresses in the suggested firmness and were encouraged to try them out as many times as we needed. When we selected our chosen mattress he also showed us the bed frames that we had mentioned we were interested in, ottomans specifically, and let us test the mechanism etc. Payment and setting up delivery was a breeze, and we had a mattress topper thrown in. We were able to delay the delivery date a month so that we can be sure to be in our new house by then. Overall an excellent experience, we kept saying how impressed we were all afternoon!

Excellent friendly service from Sally in the store who explained about all the details of the mattress we had chosen, to which suited our needs. Also the delivery was made at the time we were given by two obliging lads who placed the new mattress on our bed and took our old mattress away within minutes. Excellent service throughout.
