Sally greeted us at the door,alcohol gel was available and we were given paper towel to use to rest our head on when trying the beds.We were measured for what type of mattress best suited us both too.We were able to try a few best best suited before we found one in our price range.

The lady serving was knowledgeable and fantastic

The store assistant called Sally was very knowledgeable of the products and services you supply, she was very helpful and totally understood my needs

I went to see if can find a mattress within reasonable price range but of a high quality as i am suffering from back pain. The customer services assistant was very courteous and helpful. I took some sort of digital test to assess which type would suit me better. Then customer services assistant showed me diff options & answered almost all questions and my concerns. Also processed my finance application that took bit of time due to some internet issues but over all exp was very pleasant and smooth. Sally was the customer serv assistant who served me and i am very impressed with services

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.They were very knowledgable.Made me feel at ease and was able to look around the shop at my own leisure.My bed is going to be delivered within a week which i was very happy with.I have bought a bed here before and Jav and Sally were very helpful then and that is why i went back to purchase another bed
