I thought headboards were expensive and not enough colour or fabric choice, limited colour/fabric on some base divans too, not enough choice.

I was turning or contacting store via telephone weekly to get an update on certain product which took over 3 months to be available.

Overall experience was very good and comparable with other stores. Highly satisfied would require a fantastic price point or additional added value.

As a working single parent with a dependent I wasn't impressed that I could not choose a convinient time slot for delivery, M-F are all day appointments with no flexibility so I had to pay extra to have my mattress delivered on a Saturday even tho on the web site it is splattered all over that there is free delivery for items over £100, simply not the case and it is misleading. I spent longer than I wanted to in the store as they couldn't find the price on a single sheet that I wanted to buy as much as they tried, plus the machine that was to print out my receipt wasn't working and several of the staff were trying to fix it. It did work eventually when I was on my way out of the store so I did get my receipt.

I was not happy that the so called sale price was greater than the price displayed on the same product just days before - which was itself a "special price". Luckily I had recorded the details of the product on our previous visit. If I had not done so I would have paid more than the regular pre-sale price. Sale campaigns should not be a subterfuge designed to fool customers into thinking they are getting something that they are not. If I had not been able to get the product at a price equivalent to the pre-sale price less the sale discount I would have walked away and felt that Dreams were attempting to cheat me - that cannot be good for Dreams' reputation.

I was very happy with the service I received, staff were polite and helpful,but I feel highly satisfied would only be merited for exceptional service.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my visit to the store as was the guidance and friendliness of the staff that were present . My only concern was the value of the goods I was buying , I felt I spent a lot of money for what I was getting . ( I'm from Yorkshire, I'm tight 😉). Having never actually having bought a bed before I didn't realise how expensive they could be . Saying this , I was very happy with the bed we chose and the quality of said bed .
