It's not like Beverley hills or Dubai, that would be highly satisfying 😂.

It wasn’t the store that i wasn’t satisfied with. It was the price I paid but I’m coming to realise it was more of an investment.

In appears prices were inflated in order to give a discount. I would prefer a more honest pricing policy.

We were looking specifically for Hypnos mattresses but only one was in stock. We did end up buying it though!

The customer service was very good & the staff were friendly & helpful but just as I would expect service to be, unfortunately it's not always the case in many shops. The bed, mattress & headboard appears to be what we are looking for but until we have actually received it & slept on it I can't really comment on how satisfied I am with the quality. As for the cost it is almost double what we were expecting to pay & certainly a lot more than I've ever paid before but only time will tell if the bed is worth the cost.

Prices were bit high. There should be cheaper options (around 200 pounds)

The customer service was good, the saleswoman was very clear and knowledgable but I didn’t feel it was above & beyond in terms of customer service. It was good, but not amazing.

The staff member was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us choose our mattress
