I am still awaiting confirmation that the cover is in place (ref#?) all I have for the moment is the receipt

Customers were allowed to wonder into the store without face coverings and the staff were helpless to prevent this. Whilst the Dreams staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional, why do you allow them to be subjected to the danger of infection and jeopardise their safety ? If customers refuse to wear protective masks, do not allow them into the shop to protect the safety of all who follow regulated guidelines

I appreciate that Harrison mattresses are hand made but they should be available in less than 6 weeks.
