Assistance I received was great, friendly and knowledgeable. My only criticism would be the selection of bed side draws only came in one colour and was only 2 drawer, would be better if colours and 3 drawers were available to choose also

The adviser was very knowledgeable calm and helpful, he really helped out by giving us a sweet to entertain our 2year old who was getting bored and he played with us while we were waiting along time for the till

Not harrased by staff,Given time to look around ,staff on hand to give good advice and answer any questions when asked. Staff have very good product knowledge and are friendly.

It was quiet in the store, and an assistant was able to spend plenty of time with us. She was very knowledgeable about the different beds.

The store workers were welcoming and friendly. Very helpful in terms of helping me find what I had seen on the internet and also gave good advice re: fabrics/colours to go for.

Matthew the staff member was highly knowledgeable about the range and knew exactly which bed we were wanting and helped us decide the mattress we wanted. And also informed us of all the sale items to get the best deal
