Polite, courteous staff, provided full and undivided attention for the duration of the visit. Although the exact item I was looking for was not available, the staff took time to understand my needs and expectations and provided a good alternative. The items were available within my required timeframe, and the disposal and assembly service provided were part of my requirements.

The last that helped us, Iqra, dealt with our every need. She knew how to deal with our needs and dealt with us very quickly. She wad friendly with our baby too which helped a lot.

Iqra explained everything clearly and was very professional. She also recommended the bed cover for £25 and explained the cover properly
