The staff in the shop went over and above in assisting us. Matthew who took our order explained everything very well. Another member of staff entertained our children so that we could concentrate on our purchase and the manager gave us some discount for buying 3 different beds.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair and the staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable of what products would suit my needs best

2 assistant s showed great help in pointing out what we were looking for explained in detail structure of product offered assistance as to alternatives .we were made to feel we were important with all due attention even on leaving store to check out another store. Very attentive on our return.

FOR ME PERSONALLY IT WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY IQRA THAT MADE ME HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. I HAD SHOPPED AROUND FOR A BED AND CAME TO THE STORE WITH A MAXIMUM BUDGET OF £800.00. FROM THE GET GO IQRA WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND WAS VERY WELCOMING. SHE HAD VERY GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND WAS ABLE TO BRING VARIOUS PRODUCTS TOGETHER TO FIND THE IDEAL BED FOR US. ALTHOUGH IT WAS BUSY ON THE INITIAL DAY WE MADE THE VISIT IQRA JUGGLED THE CUSTOMERS WELL. EXPLAINING WHY SHE WAS GOING AWAY AND THEN APOLOGISING ON HER RETURN. IQRA WAS NOT PUSHY WITH HER SALE AS YOU OFTEN FIND IN BED/FURNITURE SHOPS. SHE GAVE US OPTIONS THROUGHOUT AND THEN ALLOWED US TIME TO DIGEST THEM AND COME TO A DECISION. THE BUDGET OF £800.00 SOON INCREASED BUT I FELT IT WAS MONEY BEING WELL SPENT AND A DECISION WHICH I WAS HAPPY WITH (THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN OFTEN). DREAMS MAY BE A GOOD COMPANY - ONLY TIME WILL TELL AS THIS IS THE START OF MY DEALINGS WITH YOU. HOWEVER, AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME IQRA REPRESENTS DREAMS AND WHAT A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE SHE IS FOR THE COMPANY - A REAL ASSET. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DREAMS BRADFORD.
