VERY PLEASANT SERVICE GIVEN BY CHRIS IN THE STORE. ALL MY QUESTIONS WHERE ANSWERED WHICH HELPED ME CHOOSE THE RIGHT FRAME AND MATTRESS. THE PRICE WAS GOOD TOO. OVERALL VERY SATISFIED AND LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEW PURCHASE.

Staff was really Amazing. I was helped by Mathew and Chris in one of the stores in Foster square ( Bradford). The guys went all the way to make sure that I made the best ever available choice. They talked me through the products until I was sure which one was best for me. This was not my first time to come the store. I had visited 3 times within one week and they were always helpful on each visit

Chris was very attentive, he understood our needs and gave great advice. His friendliness made us feel at ease and we felt that Chris wasn’t trying to make a sale for himself but was very happy to help us decide on which bed frame and mattress would suit our needs.

The sales representative, Matthew, was extremely courteous, patient and helpful. he showed me various options and helped me to measure the beds carefully as I needed it to fit into a particular space. Matthew di not push or hurry me and I was given a nice cup of coffee whilst I rang my husband to check out some derails.

When we arrived, we was greeted by one of the staff saying "good afternoon". We was then left to look around. While we was looking around the staff was very helpful and was not over powering, they answered everything we needed to know. During the process of placing the order, all the staff was very chatty and made us feel welcome. Matthew who served us was very patient with us when we was deciding which bed to choose.

The lad that attended to me was very patient and understanding as I am getting on in my years. Polite and courteous at all times. Understood my needs and was very informative. Thank you

I was really happy because I wasn't planning on buying that day but I went in for a browse and had a really non pushy salesman Matthew. He respected my budget and gave me options, Over and on my budget. He knew his stuff really well and was really efficient! Really friendly and I am VERY satisfied with my customer service and overall experience at dreams.

Dealt with lady on first visit and she remembered us on second visit and dealt with us in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
