The customer assistant was polite, attentive and extremely helpful. His knowledge regarding the items was exceptional and his mannerism was wonderful

I WAS SERVED BY A VERY POLITE KNOWLEDGE GENTLEMAN. WHO LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HAD A CARING ATTITUDE. AT THE END OF THE CONSULTATION HE INFORMED ME HE HAD ONLY BEEN WORKING AT DREAMS FOR 3 WEEKS. THIS GENTLEMAN IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.

Jav was really friendly and inviting from the moment we stepped into the store, till the moment we left, told us everything we needed to know about the type of mattress that suited us best, after we had used the machine to narrow down the type we needed, offered us water afterwards and couldn’t have been a more friendly person, also helped us pick out a couple of pillows which we’ve already used and had the best nights sleep!! We’ll definitely be going back in the future when we’re ready for a new bed frame!!

I was questioned and when I gave my answers I was shown around the products most appropriate for me. I did not buy first time around but I came bk because I felt the staff were more helpful and friendly. Both the new guy and manager at that place were easy to talk to and knew what they were talking about

The digital imaging was impressive if it works in terms of the mattress firmness or otherwise. The staff member was friendly and efficient. The whole experience took under 30minutes, I wasn't sure if that was a good or a bad thing though. I certainly felt it was the fastest thousand pounds I had ever spent

The Dreams colleague that dealt with mine and my husbands needs in the Bradford Forster square Was called Zain and he was extremely professional and polite. We could not ask for a better service.

So upon arrival we was met by a female member at the door who didn't jump right on us, she welcomed us and asked if we needed help. We told her what we was looking for and she did the bed scan to evaluate the mattress we needed. She was very understanding and knew exactly which mattresses to show us. We tried 3 different mattresses and in the end we purchased the first one she showed us. She didn't push for any sale, we decided if we was buying a expensive mattress we might aswell buy the whole bed with headboard. She even knew which pillow was right or wrong for us. Excellent experience whilst at the store and looking forward to our new purchase arriving.
