The price of the items were higher than expected, with online options cheaper - however the 10 year guarantee sold it to us, which is why we were satisfied. It is difficult to honestly judge the value for money before the mattress has arrived, we are hoping to be highly satisfied when it does arrive. The only reason we were not highly satisfied with choosing items was that there were so many to choose from that we found it difficult to decide - so a personal reason, nothing to do with the particular store. The staff were really friendly and we were able to spend as much time as we needed to try the different mattresses.

Overall I was very satisfied. Staff were very helpful. I guess it just takes a bit more for me to be "highly" satisfied.

The mattresses were very expensive. It took a while for the assistant to show me something in my price range and was comfortable for me.
