Excellent service and knowledge. Love the body mapping bed!

we had visited bensons for bed next door and their customer service was rubbish and turned us off buying from them. We walked into dreams and received a warm welcome from Siobhan and she was great and from then on we were impressed by Siobhan, the store and products.

Staff very friendly and polite. Siobhan was very helpful and helped me decide on the right product for me.

Myself and my wife had not been into a Dreams store before, to buy a bed so we were pleasantly surprised with the welcome we received from Laura your staff member. A very nice greeting and extremely knowledgeable about the product we were looking for and identified it quickly. Our purchase was concluded completely to our satisfaction.

I was told that I would get some extras for free so they totalled it all up and turned out it wasn’t all free, it made the total almost £250 more than I was expecting to pay!

Although the service was very good, I picked my product without assistance and all that was required was the admin to process the order. This was done with friendliness and efficiency andI was satisfied with it. Highly satisfied would require exceptional service above and beyond.

Felt rushed

Everything was good/excellent until it came to the friendly well-informed sales person pushing so hard for us to buy the 7-year warranty. This ending slightly spoilt the whole experience.
