We found the Dreams staff very helpful. James took the time to explain everything and didn’t rush or pressurise us.

Excellent service from Laura in the Bournemouth store. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and taken through the sleep match system, she even helped entertain our two young children while we did this. We then got to try the different mattresses with pillows to find the one we felt the most comfortable on and again she included the children to make sure they weren't getting bored. We were then taken through all of the different options and delivery time frames which we took away. Came back about an hour later and Laura asked her manager to take over the customer she was dealing with and helped us through the order process. Couldn't have been a better experience and can't wait for our order to be delivered.

Sales assistant very friendly and helpful, gave me choices of the products also she was knowledgeable. Delivery I had a choice to when it would be delivered assistant gave me breakdown of services they offer ie assembly and disposing oh old bed the only negative was the amount they wanted to dispose of the old bed a little expensive I thought. I would definitely recommend Dreams to family or friends as my overall experience was very satisfactory.

The staff were incredibly helpful during our visit and had fantastic product knowledge. The staff member (Laura) who helped us was not pushy and kept our budget in mind throughout the time we were there, she was also happy for us to take a quote away to think about and did not pressure us to make a decision straight away. When trying out the mattresses, she gave us clear information, but let us have a chat to ourselves rather than looming over us before asking our opinion. This was really appreciated and gave us the chance to get a feel for the product overselves. I would definitely recommend the store to others.
