The staff at Dreams were amazing and very accommodating. They took their time and didn’t rush us at all.

Mainly to do with the knowledge & helpfulness of Siobhan (Mallard park, Bournemouth) who helped us make our choices.

As this was the first time ever purchasing a mattress, I was so grateful of how much your colleague listened to my needs and how she was able explained everything I needed assistance with. The sleepmatch was in store was brilliant! I wouldnt have had a clue where to start if that wasnt available. Amazing technology is incorporated within your process to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they need - just brilliant.

The shop was spotless, staff very friendly willing to help but also knew when to give space to let you browse on your own. Staff did not rush you into making a decision and offered plenty oh help and advice.

The colleague that helped us, Sarah, was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, knew exactly what she was talking about re the product, and made suggestions for alternatives to try. It was only as we were making payment that she informed us that she was relatively new in post - we were amazed! Her knowledge and confidence were second to none. I would be happy to go back, or to recommend a friend. Other staff in the store were also friendly, and the store was clean and tidy.
