Laura was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time looking after us.

We weree greeted by a member of staff (Siobhan) straight away and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and didn't put any pressure on us to decide.

The sales assistant, Richard, was welcoming, friendly but professional and extremely helpful and attentive, but not pushy. He gave us all the advice we needed to make the choice of bed that suited our needs. We were made to feel very comfortable and not rushed to make a decision.

We visited the store Bensons next door to you before and there was no comparison to Dream's either the product or the service. The manager James Madigan who's knowledge of the products and his personal service was excellent. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful! We bought our last bed from Dream's in Poole in 2008 and its been a very good buy! It's good to see Dream's keeping up the good product and excellent service! Edwin Harrison!!

Sarah was an extremely attentive and professional assistant and she took her time to understand both my sleeping needs and my financial situation.

Sarah listened to what we required showed us the different versions of raising the bases of the beds,sorted out the correct mattress, after going through this process she was not worried about us changing our choice of base.

information given by sales team was very good - very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. We were introduced to the sleep and mattress video which was informative and helped us choose the right mattress for us. James and Siobhan were exceptional.

Laura and James were very helpful. The store was light bright and airy very spacious and clean and had everything you could possibly want from beds to mattresses pillows etc;. All the staff were friendly and having refreshments an added bonus. We pleased with the entire experience.

We were met by Siobhan, a personable young lady, who spent considerable time showing the various mattresses in our required size and fairness. After we had made our choice, she efficiently took us through the purchase and delivery procedures.
