James at Bournemouth store acknowledged me non verbally as I entered and then allowed me time to orient myself, before non intrusively then asking if he could be of any assistance. I was listened to, and then some suggestions to point me in the right direction were put forward. I was then allowed to explore the store in a more informed manner. Once my choice was made, the transaction was completed seamlessly. As a customer, I felt I had enjoyed the experience. I do not usually find shopping enjoyable. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy being shown by all staff.

The Sales Assistant at the Bournemouth Store, Laura, was so knowledgeable about your products, so accommodating with her time and had the ability to make us feel she genuinely had the passion to customise your products to our needs. In our opinion she went that extra mile..... in short she was a ‘dream’ mentor throughout the process of advising us from pillows, to mattress/protectors to bed frame. No other bedding company gave us that kind of quality service from the minute we walked in the door. And that’s why we chose Dreams.... dream beds delivered with a dream service! Thank you Laura!
