Dreams - Bournemouth

The store manager James was effective knowledgeable but not pushy, his sales process was polished without being over the top and he gave us space to make an informed decision. The new store in Bournemouth is bright clean and tidy with not to much noise from other staff in the background whilst all going about their business with other customers. Parking was easy with space directly outside on what was a wet afternoon, we were welcomed into the store and at all stages made to feel welcome including a good mug of tea. The finance and funding process was easy and we had all options explained to our satisfaction.

Siobhan very helpful and knowledgeable took plenty of time to explain all about the products and a nice cup if tea went down very well!

Excellent customer service

We arrived early for a booking made online. We were greeted by Laura, who introduced herself. We were offered drinks, shown the bed machine. She made a fuss of our 4 year old daughter and included her in process. We were shown a wide selection of mattresses, frames and headboards as well as pillows and bedding. We never felt rushed or pressured. An all round fantastic experience.

The whole of the time we were in dreams we found everyone very professional.

Laura was absolutely fantastic and the only reason we purchased the bed at the Castie Point branch
