Great customer service

WE WERE GREETED WITH BY A FRIENDLY FACE AND SMILE. TO MANY TIMES HAVE WE WALKED INTO A STORE TO FIND UNHAPPY,THEREFORE UNPLEASANT WORKERS. JAMES AND HIS STAFF IN BOURNEMOUTH MILFORD PARK WERE JUST AMAZINGLY ACCOMMODATING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THOUGHTFUL TO OUR NEEDS. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO US AND WE WERE LEFT TO MAKE UP OUR MINDS, BUT THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF WE HAD QUESTIONS AND BOY DID WE HAVE QUESTIONS! :-) OUR CHOSEN ITEM WAS A TEMPUR COOLTOUCH ELITE MATTRESS, ALONG WITH TEMPUR PILLOWS. WE ONLY ACTUALLY WENT INTO THE STORE TO CONDUCT OUR MARKET RESEARCH, BUT FELT SO COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE WITH EVERYONE FROM THE STORE AND THE CHOICES AVAILABLE, WE THOUGH WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. JAMES AND HIS STAFF WERE A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WE ARE NOW LOOKING FORWARD TO YEARS OF COMFORTABLE SLEEP ON OUR NEW MATTRESS WHEN IT ARRIVES ON VALENTINES DAY! THE BOURNEMOUTH MILFORD PARK IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO VISIT, EVEN IF IT IS JUST TO SEE HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

We came into the store not intending to buy but we spoke with Laura who was really helpful and she took the time to understand our needs as we had a house fire in October and have had to replace everything. But she was patient advised us on the best mattress and was able to throw in free delivery and a duvet set. Great customer care and a real asset to your company. Amber and Craig

Sarah extremely helpful and knowledgeable

The sales lady was exceptionally knowledgeable and was very patient with me.I enjoyed the experience of going on the machine to gauge the right type of mattress. I was also impressed at being offered refreshments whilst my order was being processed.

Nice welcome friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service received.

The assistant Richard was knowledgeable and gave me every courtesy. He respected my opinion on both price and preference. He made me a drink and gave me ample time to make my decision, at no time did I feel pressured to purchase any item.

Our sales lady was Laura. She greeted us in a pleasant and relaxed manner and quietly but helpfully guided us through our choices with genuine interest and no hint of pressure. We were provided with identical pillows we use at home and had the benefit of refreshment as we progressed our purchase. The other staff in the store all had a friendly word as they passed buy. On this occasion we did not use the ‘bed machine’ as we had used it on a previous occasion but we were encouraged, and did, sample several beds.

Laura was very professional in her approach to us explaining what we needed to do on choosing a new mattress invited us to use the test bed we then walked the store and showed which she thought was most suitable .after trying some with a pillow we picked one to purchase then offered a drink while she explained everything to us, very friendly and polite.

All colleagues were very helpful and supportive. Great customer service and outstanding quality
