Laura at the bournemouth store was brilliant! After having a not so good experience earlier that morning she was a breadth of fresh air! Would highly recommend dreams to anyone after that experience and it was definitley down to Laura making it so easy for us! She went above and beyond and definitley needs a promotion!!

Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable and offered us every assistance to help us decide which mattress to purchase. I was able to test out numerous mattresses and take my time in deciding which one to purchase. Once we had chosen our mattress, the transaction was handled quickly and efficiently and it was appreciated that we were offered complementary Tempur pillows, and a mattress cover. It was also appreciated that we were offered a coffee. This is our second large purchase from Dreams in the last two years and we are very satisfied.
